A must for all sellers and a big plus for every buyer, the Comparative Market Analysis is often called a CMA. Other than an appraisal done for the purpose of determining current market value, a CMA contains the most valuable data you will review before pricing your home for sale or making an offer on a property.
Like Realtors, not all CMAs are created equal. What goes in has a lot to do with what comes out. The more data you provide, the more similar the comparable properties will be to yours. The data provides you a summary of the recent home sales in your area.
You may receive the basic data via e-mail and evaluate it yourself. If you provide your mailing address, I can provide an in depth analysis that will be more accurate.
